External works, including roads, paths and landscaping are under way and will be completed within the next couple of weeks.
THE PLAS (PHASE 3)
All flooring has been installed in the Plas units and finishes to show homes are almost complete. Second Fix M&E and Joinery is also close to complete. Balconies and decking have now also been installed with external painted due to get underway. Remaining stairs are being installed this week.
