The Plas – 2 Bedroom Apartments & 3 Bed Cottages
Final concrete has now been poured on plots 7/8 on the upper level; which means all substructure work is now complete across the whole Plas development.
Scaffolding is going up on these plots with timber kit due to start going up next week. Cladding and slating is also still progressing along the upper level as well as joinery and M&E.
Once again the most significant work has taken place on the lower level of the Plas. The timber kit is now up on plot 24 and going up on plots 21 and 25. First fix joinery and M&E is also underway in plots 22 – 24, with stairs also be installed.
The Cottages – 2 & 5 Bedroom Cottages
Further landscaping and footpath installation has been underway outside plot 5 and 6. Ground to the west side of the properties is also being cleared for accessways and gardens with ducting being installed for external lighting.
Stonework to the gable ends is progressing and once this is compete properties are ready for painting. Internally, fireplace flues have been installed to upper levels and bathrooms are prepped for tiling.
