With the sun shining brightly on the Llŷn Peninsula, we’re taking a moment to look back on the progress made at Nature’s Point over the past month…
COTTAGES (PHASE 2)
Electrics and heating have been commissioned and all flooring to the remaining four cottages has now been installed.
The properties are now pretty much completed, with a few final adjustments to be made. The external area has been cleared and is now prepared for the remaining landscaping, which will be carried out over the next couple of weeks.
THE PLAS (PHASE 3)
External stonework and painting on the upper level is now virtually complete, with scaffolding scheduled to come down once the chimneys are completed. Balconies and decks will be installed on all of the beautiful Plas apartments and cottages over the coming weeks. External works including roads, pathways and parking areas will also commence shortly.
