As a holiday provider, we require these details in order to fulfil our contract with you. Please do not use this website if you do not agree with any of the following.

- If you are a holiday maker, we may share your basic booking information with our holiday home owners where necessary
- If you are a holiday home owner, we may share information on the individuals who are renting accommodation from you where necessary
- Our third party review administrator(s) (including TripAdvisor) may contact you to ask for your comments on the accommodation and/or services that have been provided
- We may provide your details to our suppliers and local tour providers, but only when specifically requested by yourself e.g. when our concierge team are making a restaurant booking or spa reservation on your behalf
- From a Data Retention perspective, we are legally bound from a financial viewpoint to keep your personal data on our systems for 7 years after you have made a booking with Natural Retreats. After 7 years has passed, we will invite you to re-permission us to continue to hold your data.
ACCESSING YOUR INFORMATION
- The GDPR 2018 gives you the right to check that your personal data is being processed lawfully. Your subject access right can be exercised in accordance with the act. Any subject access request must be made in writing to info@naturalland.co.uk
- If you would like amendments made to your data e.g. change of name or contact details, please contact us at any time via info@naturalland.co.uk.
DATA SECURITY
The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, and although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to this web site, therefore any transmission is at your own risk.
Once we have received your information, we will take all reasonable steps to keep your personal data secure (both technologically and physically) and to try to prevent any unauthorised access to it. Value of furniture pack dependent on size of accommodation sale is agreed on and is subject to availability and discretion of Natural Land Ltd. £20,000 value relates to the purchase of the 5 Bedroom Cottage (Porth Dinllaen) at Nature’s Point, North Wales, associated value of other furniture packs for smaller properties may vary. To qualify for the free furniture pack, homeowners must agree the property sale by Tuesday 10th December, subject to a property viewing between Friday 29th November – Sunday 1st December. Free furniture pack is intended for use within the given property at Nature’s Point only. The furniture pack has no cash value and can not be redeemed against the sale of your property or transferred. Furniture packs may vary in contents dependant on availability of certain items.
